Huang explained the guiding principles of the key CPC congress in a comprehensive and systematic manner. She said that the congress was a meeting of holding high the banner and pooling strength and forging ahead in unity, and was of great importance to the cause of the Party and the country.
Noting that studying, publicizing and implementing the guiding principles of the congress is a principal political task of the ACWF now and a period in the future, Huang urged implementing the spirit of the important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping and the decisions and requirements of the CPC Central Committee, having a thorough understanding of the significance of the congress and following its guiding principles both in thinking and action.
When communicating with faculty and students at CWU, Huang responded to their questions about historic achievements in China women and children's cause and about new requirements made by the congress for the work on women, children and families as well as ideological and political work.
She encouraged them to comprehend the strength of the new thought through the great changes of the past decade, fulfill their glorious mission on the new journey, adhere to the development path charted by General Secretary Xi Jinping, and strive in unity to build a modern socialist country in all respects and promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation at all fronts.
